Daland joined the GACC Board of Directors in 2007 and brings environmental and public health knowledge to the Board. He resides within the Oak Hills area and has lived within the Greater Allisonville area for 8 years. He graduated from Wittenberg University with a degree in Biology and has advanced degrees in environmental health sciences and toxicology from the University of Michigan. Daland is a scientist and leader of the human health assessment function of Dow AgroSciences and has been active in Scouting and Church boards for many years.

Don Melloy and his family have lived on 77th St in Mendenhall Estates since 1964. He is a graduate of the University of Evansville, then Evansville College. He retired from AT&T in 1996. He has served on the boards of many not for profits in the Indianapolis area and has been on the board of GACC since 1998. His two boys graduated from North Central High School in the early 80's. Don continues on the board as treasurer.
Joseph Goeller
Executive Director
Joe Goeller joined the GACC Board of Directors in early December 2009. He has been a Fairfields-Sylvan homeowner since December 1978. After graduating with a BA degree in history from Indiana University - Bloomington, he served as a US Army Captain for eight years active duty and reserves.
Joe retired after 37 years in insurance, including being a casualty claim manager and a security analyst auditing claim offices across the USA. He currently acts as a ward chairman in Indianapolis; is president of the Fairfields-Sylvan Neighborhood Association; and performs as secretary of his I.U. fraternity alumni association. Joe's duties as GACC executive director include liaison activities with 22 neighborhood groups.
Don Barr has been a GACC Director since March 2008. He has lived in Ivy Hills since August, 1974. Don is a retired educator, having served 40 years as a teacher, guidance counselor, assistant principal (Flint Community Schools, Flint, Michigan); Director of Employee Relations (MSD Washington Township – Marion County); Assistant Business Manager (Indianapolis Public Schools); Director of Operations (Franklin Township Community School Corporation– Marion County).
In addition to serving on the GACC Board, Don is the District 1 representative on the Washington Township Civil Government Board, having been elected to that position in 2007. District 1 encompasses all of the area contained in the boundaries of the GACC.
Mark Dollase has lived on the northeast side of Indianapolis for over seven years, and joined the GACC Board in January 2007. A graduate of the University of Nebraska, Mark came to Indiana to attend Ball State University's College of Architecture and Planning.
His career has included 20+ years with Indiana Landmarks, the largest statewide historic preservation organization in the country, where he currently serves as a Vice President. He has also served as the Executive Director of Utah Heritage Foundation.
As a fan of mid-20th century architecture, Mark is in process of restoring his 1956 house.

Andy Seiwert has been on the GACC Board of Directors since January of 2007. He and his family have resided in the Fairfields-Sylvan neighborhood since 1997. He is an attorney with the law firm of Feiwell & Hannoy, P.C.
Steve Ferguson has been involved in real estate for the last 20 years, first as an appraiser and currently a Realtor. He is actively involved in the development of applying statistical analytics and methodology to real estate valuation. He, his wife and three children have lived in Arrowhead Estates since 2000. He has been active in AYBS, Glendale soccer, and a math tutor, volunteering at Allisonville Elementary School.
Doug McKee and his wife Kathy live in the Oak Hill neighborhood. He is a Ball State graduate in Accounting, having worked for several accounting firms, LinkBelt, and in the RV industry as an accountant, before landing the job of comptroller for the Pacers in the Bobby Leonard era. He recently retired from that position. During land issues that arose on Oak Hill Drive several years ago, he was very active and attended several GACC meetings dealing with those concerns.
